Most orders received before 1:00pm (EST) are shipped the
same day. All special orders and backorders will be shipped as soon as they are available.
All orders are sent out the best way possible, unless specific instructions have been provided. Shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
Shipping & back-order policies
We try our best to keep adequate inventory levels in order to ensure fast and dependable shipments. However, there are rare occasions when an inventory is depleted. In these cases, the product is back-ordered.
Any damage to packages must be noted and reported
to the carrier immediately. All boxes and shipping materials must be retained until the carrier has made disposition on the claim. Customer must take the responsibility to initiate the claim for damaged merchandise with the carrier. Any shipping errors must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
