The rotary jigsaw takes the standard 3/16" or 1/4" router bits
and attaches to the router in place of the nose cowl. It enables accurate
cutting of thin laminates to be carried out. A feature of the attachment
is the retractable steel blade which follows the diamond router steadying
the cut and allowing complicated shapes to be cut freehand. When a radius
becomes too tight for the follower, the follower can be retracted until
the maneuver is complete. Fitted with the dust extraction cowl.
The D30-SE50 high speed router was designed to use diamond router bits
up to 1/4" diameter. Its vibration free cutting action leaves a chip free
edge on any gelcoated part. Whether used in conjunction with a routing jig
guide or free hand on a flat surface with the D35-RJA rotary jig guide, you
are guaranteed a smooth fast cutting tool. |
