Ford Mustang
A well preserved late model Ford Mustang
suffered from rust through on both front floor boards. The owner applied 3
layers of RAYPLEX'S 1.5 oz matting saturated with RAYPLEX'S Unwaxed Resin.
The three layers of matting were applied on after another without curing in
between layers. No distorting or shrinkage occurred. Rayplex sell only #1
grade Material. The fibreglass job took about 3 hrs compared to more then
6-8HRS using metal.Because fibreglass moulds to the floors contour any future corrosion areas
were eliminated. I guess you could say he rust proofed the floor.
