Return of Merchandise Policy

Customer can return:

  • Defective merchandise

  • Product ordered incorrectly

 

Subject to the following conditions:

  • A Return Authorization Number (RGA) must be obtained prior to the return of goods. Merchandise received without proper authorization will not be accepted.  

  • The RGA number is valid 30 days after date of issue.

  • Defective merchandise must be returned within 90 days from the date of purchase for repair and/or replacement.  

  • We will replace defective products with the same product if authorized by Rayplex Limited. within 15 days from the date of receiving the defective products.

  • Products which are returned as defective, and which upon inspection prove not to be defective, will be sent back to the customer, freight collect.

  • Short-shipments and miss-shipments must be reported within 3 days of the date of receipt.

  • A 15% restocking fee maybe charged on goods returned for credit.

  •  Merchandise returned as a result of customer error will only be accepted if the product and it’s packaging is in re-salable condition.

  • When returning goods, please complete the Return Goods Authorization form and submit to our sales department. An RGA# will then be forwarded to you.

 

All items remain the property of Rayplex Limited until full payment is received.


 

Rayplex Limited will not accept any unauthorized returns. A return number will be furnished and must appear on the outside of the package. You must have the invoice number, date of purchase, part number, and the price you paid for the merchandise in order to receive an authorization number.

  • All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.

  • All returns must be in their original boxes and in "like new" condition.

  • Returns maybe subject to a 15% restocking fee.

  • There are no returns on custom or  special orders.

  • No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of the invoice.
